This page describes the information used by Provenity account features.

Account information

Account features use a username, password hash, session records and your accepted terms version. An email address is not required. Optional authenticator setup stores protected authentication information and hashed recovery codes.

Client and support

Download access uses membership and registered-installation records. Support requests include the text you submit. Do not include passwords, payment details or private keys in a support request.
